Meet Clara, our Citizen of the Week!

Clara lives at 44554-A Bluebird Street on a nice, quiet Lakeview block. In the morning she wakes up to birdcalls and takes a few minutes to draw in her sketchbook. She's a creative girl who has been working on her artistic talents in Millsberry since September 7, 2006.

When she's not painting on easels in her home, Clara enjoys listening to music. She finds that listening to music while she paints or draws helps keep her focused, even if the music is heavy metal or techno (her favorites!). While some artists enjoy classical or softer tones, she keeps herself in the zone in a much different way!

Clara also excels at both indoor and outdoor sports. You're as likely to find her bumper boating at the pool as nailing three-pointers in the gym. One time she made 15 baskets in a row! She can be pretty modest about her sporting ability, and usually works out on her own. Most people know her as one of Millsberry's best artists, but her natural athletic ability is not easily ignored.
