Meet Judy, our citizen of the week!
Judy lives at 14498 Breeze Street in the quaint little neighborhood of Golden Valley. She's been a citizen since December 05, 2004, and is really enjoying Millsberry's small-town atmosphere.
Judy's friends describe her as a quiet yet friendly person. Though she might seem a little shy when you first meet her, you'll soon discover that Judy is quite easygoing and pleasant to talk to. Those who would like to have a conversation with Judy should try checking her favorite hangout, Peabody Park. If she's there, Judy will usually be the one lounging around in the carefree colors of pink, magenta, or light blue.
In fact, many of Judy's friends have said that talking to her is one of their favorite things to do, since she always has something fascinating to discuss. Judy has earned a reputation around Millsberry Academy as a very deep thinker, due to the great effort she puts into her schoolwork and the numerous academic honors she's earned. In addition to her studies, though, there are a wide variety of topics that Judy takes an active interest in when she's not on the grounds of Millsberry Academy.
One such topic is archaeology. Judy is fascinated by history, and as a result she often spends hours in the library reading up on ancient cultures. If she's not poring over a pile of books in the Millsberry Academy Library, Judy is usually at the Millsberry Museum, looking at old, precious artifacts. As a matter of fact, Judy was one of the first to see the rare vintage book that Carla Robbins discovered in the basement of Bookends Bookshop a few weeks ago.
Whenever friends ask about her love of archaeology, Judy explains that the subject has all the excitement and suspense of unraveling a mystery - a real mystery! As it turns out, mysteries are another of Judy's main interests. While she prefers the true-life mystery of archaeology, the truth is that she's unable to refuse a good mystery novel.
On weekends, you can usually find Judy hanging out in her backyard or at her best friend's house, where they love to play all sorts of games. Most of the time when they're having fun, Judy and her best friend like to have some pop, rockabilly, or rap playing in the background, as those are her favorite musical genres. Judy volunteers at Peabody Park when she has some spare time, where she picks up trash to help keep the place clean. She also puts her sharp mind to work by assisting the police as they try to track down Millsberry's most wanted criminals, and the community appreciates her effort.
Thanks for being a fine citizen, Judy, and congratulations on being named Millsberry's citizen of the week!
