Thursday, March 11, 2010 — In downtown Millsberry, Loretta Rivers couldn't believe her eyes. An African Bush Elephant was staring right at her, through the front window of her Wearhouse Boutique! She shrieked and then called Sheriff Crow over at the Police Station. When the sheriff heard there'd been an elephant-sighting, he smiled; finally he had the answer to his day-old mystery, namely: the source of the trumpet toots he'd been hearing around town. Turns out the sounds were coming from a 10-foot tall elephant, visiting from Africa! But Loretta still wanted her explanation: Why on earth was an elephant roaming around town?
