The final batch of spring fashions have arrived at the Wearhouse boutique, thanks to owner Loretta Rivers. Loretta's recent adventures shaped the styles we'll be seeing here in Millsberry, so we asked her to shed some light on their inspiration. Editor-in-Chief
She explained, "Recently, I attended a party on a boat out on Lake Sylvane, where everyone was dressed in bright colors and nautical themes (...and watching for Sylvie with binoculars!). The setting gave me so many ideas that I spent the rest of the ride making sketches!"
So, what did those sketches become? "Well, I don't want to give it all away, but there'll be ruffled dresses, ties with anchors, bright-colored windbreaker jackets and denim, argyle, and more! Just come on by the Wearhouse to see for yourself—and for a dose of spring!"

Before letting Loretta go, there was one more thing we needed to know: namely—did she spot Sylvie!? She told us, "I was sketching most of the time, so I didn't try out the binoculars. However, at one point there was a big splash—and everyone got wet—and out of the corner of my eye, I believe I saw green!"
And, speaking of springtime fun, here's your clue for where to find the latest codes for the Grow Good Farms cross-country road trip & scavenger hunt: Keep in touch, and send some cheer.
