Thursday, June 3, 2010 — Downtown just got a little more swirled up! And if you don't know what we mean, then it's time you check out Trix, Toys, and Games. No, we didn't misspell "tricks"...we meant "Trix®!: that delicious, fruity, swirly cereal that unlocks your imagination and takes you to a fantastical world—exclusively for kids!"

We got wind of the news just the other day, when one curious resident wondered, "Is the store still the same as before, back when it was called Tricks, Toys, and Games?"

Sources, we're happy to report, tell us yes of course! You can still get every sort of fun at the novelties shop—from your favorite skateboard to a silly pet rock—but you'll also be able to find new Trix-cereal-inspired items that will transport you to places beyond your coolest Trix-filled dreams!

To start, buy yourself a mural of a pegasus in the sky and hang it on your wall. Or purchase a Berry-Berry Blue Island mural to go with your new berry-blue sword made of Trix!

One happy-go-lucky shopper commented, "Personally, I love the banana boat...especially when it's placed right next to my silly rabbit shadow!"

There's a ton of great stuff for sale—but take special care to hold on to your boxes of Trix cereal as you head home! Why's that? Well, even though Trix is just for kids, that silly rabbit can't help but try to get his white paws on the deliciously fruity, swirly cereal.
